WIRE WRAPPING A PENDANT

Have you ever wanted to learn how to wire wrap a beautiful stone that you have found in a gem shop or on vacation? I can show you how. There are tutorials online but there are some slight nuances that I have learned in my journey that they never address. I will address those with you one on one and show you how to make a basic piece that you will be proud to wear or give as a gift. From there, you can experiment and design your own pieces. As part of this 1 hour zoom class, I will send you the wire and a beautiful stone that you will need to make your first pendent. You will need a few tools to complete the course. Don't worry, there aren't many. You will need: A regular pencil, small dowel, or round nose pliers, Wire cutters (preferably flush cutters) And a pair of chain nose pliers. You can use regular utility tools, but if you do, choose pliers that do not have teeth, and you will need wire cutters that are to the tip of the tool so you can cut close. You can usually find these tools at your local craft store, or online in a bundle. Some under $10.00. Lastly, you will need a soft cloth. An old T-shirt will do. That's it! Wire wrapping is very addictive. You can wrap just about anything once you learn how. I used my skills to make wall art, colorful window sun catchers, inviting bird feeders.
